Brokering multifamily real estate transactions is a real passion for me.  Since I began my North Carolina multifamily brokerage career in 2007, I’ve been fortunate enough to take part in hundreds of millions of dollars worth of closed multifamily property sales.


How do I attribute my success?  Aside from being extremely passionate about what I do, I believe that it takes a powerful combination of diverse skill sets and personality traits, which I am dedicated to continuously enhancing and expanding upon.  The most exciting thing for me is figuring out how to synergistically apply my background, experience, skills, resources and personal abilities to help clients accomplish their goals.


My approach, first and foremost, is to fully understand my client’s true objective.  Once I know my client and I are on the same page, I go to work to formulate the very best strategy and methodology to achieve the result we’re shooting for.  Upon putting a multifamily disposition or acquisition plan into action, I know that there may be challenges and roadblocks along the way, but I also know that as long as we stay focused on the primary goal, we will accomplish that goal.  In the end, I truly believe that the payoff will be well worth the effort.  That’s what drives me – each and every time – to the finish line.
